Cap Cana's The Residences will be the St. Regis Group's first property in the Dominican Republic. Scheduled for delivery during 2024, the resort will feature 200 suites and 67 private residences. Pettinaroli XT702G hydronic kits were selected as the ideal product for fan coil connection.

Pettinaroli’s versatile range of valve assemblies for fan coils, chilled beams and other hydronic terminal units offers significant benefits over standard products - for specifiers, installers, commissioning engineers and building operators/ owners. The valve assembly is a modular approach to meeting the flushing, flow balancing, isolation, and temperature control requirements of each terminal unit. Units are available in manual/automatic/pressure independent characterised control valves, offering different levels of functionality to meet the needs and budgets of each project.

There are many advantages in using XT702G kits, starting with the Dynasty balancing valve with a linear characteristic and dirt-free cartridge capable of operating in dirty water. XT702G kits are also equipped with FilterBall (ball valve with integrated filter), which allows optimal water filtration while allowing easy extraction and filter flushing/replacement without having to disassemble the valve. To top it off, XT702G kits also include the insulating shell.
